Thank you for your interest in joining Diversity Models. We have recently reviewed our recruitment processes and now have the following recruitment requirements.

We Recruit two types of Models - Agency Signed Models and Database Models. Here is a comparison table to help you decide how you would like to join us

Please note we will still represent proudly our existing models who do not meet the below diversity groups if they have signed our modelling agreements from 2025. For future models we will only accept the below applicants

We keep our numbers small intentionally and we work hard to achieve opportunities for our models. We reward models who support our mission and help us to grow. We are a modelling agency with a very strong sense of family and community.

What Industries and Projects We Specialise in

As we are a boutique modelling agency, we only focus on projects that relate to the NDIS, healthcare, aged care, government, education, travel and property sectors. We focus on family friendly projects and clients that support the above diversity groups.  As a result we are proud to help kickstart the careers of many models. We accept models with from beginner to intermediate experience.  We are a commercial modelling agency, therefore our interest is not in beauty and fashion and we do not focus on catwalk, UGC, influencer or any other fashion related projects, unless a client approaches us and we can fill their need. We focus on achieving paid work for our models who are interested in commercial modelling. 

All Models applying for our agency must send through via email: 

  1. A recent headshot (no filters)
  2. A recent long shot (no filters)
  3. Links to your Facebook and Instagram accounts
  4. Links to any modelling profiles you have online
  5. Measurements in centimetres of your waist, hips, height, weight, bust size, dress size and shoe size
  6. Disclosure if they are with another modelling or acting agency

For Disability Models please send through the following extra details

  1. Details of your specific disabilities
  2. Whether you are on NDIS
  3. What you would like to achieve (your personal goals) if selected to join Diversity Models as a disability model
  4. Why you would like to be a model with our agency specifically?
  5. If you have any experience in modelling or acting?
  6. Two professional references we can call
  7. Your availability to join us if selected (with the next 1 to 2 months)
  8. A short video of you (1 to 3 minutes) on phone camera introducing yourself - ie. your name, age, where you are from, why you would like to become a disability model, a little about your disability, who supports you to achieve your goals and what you love to do as your hobbies so we can learn about you

Cultural and Mature Age Model Requirements: 

We are seeking naturally beautiful cultural models in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s who may identify as:

  • Black / African Descent
  • Ethnically Ambiguous / Multiracial
  • Eurasian
  • Latino / Hispanic
  • Mediterranean
  • Middle Eastern
  • South Asian / Indian
  • Southeast Asian
  • Pacific Islander
  • Caucasian

All Model Requirements:

  • Due to the nature and industry of our clients, we appreciate models with a sense of natural beauty who have had none to very limited plastic surgery, Botox, fillers or non-surgical procedures.
  • We will not accept fish-lips or any models that appear artificial
  • Models must have a healthy body image 
  • Models must have a family-friendly appearance
  • Models may have hair extensions, lash extensions and false nails which appear natural, however please be advised some clients may request you to simplify your look if the shoot is not intended to be glamorous by nature
  • Models must be positive, social, honest, loyal, down to earth, team-driven, kind-hearted and ambitious by values, nature and personality
  • We have a ZERO ego and bullying policy
  • Models must be able to take direction and constructive feedback
  • Be able to speak on camera and express personal opinions (for some clients)

  • Be professional, punctual and reliable
  • Have social media experience
