M.I.A DISABILITY MODELS

******NOW RECRUITING FOR 2026*****
At Diversity Models we are proud to be a modelling agency that specialises in recruiting and casting models with physical disabilities, multiculturalism and mature age. Our M.I.A Disability Models by Diversity Models has been created as we understand that some people with disabilities do not want to be identified personally due to their physical disability and for privacy reasons online. They may also not want to be known that they have signed up with a modelling agency, or our agency, because their family or friends don't support them, they've read negative media or they wish to keep this a little "secret" when they go "missing in action" for a day. However they've always wanted to be a disability model and they know we get the jobs!
That's why we have developed a new section of our business called M.I.A Disability Models......Missing in Action Disability Models.
Inspired by Mia, an ex-Diversity Model who joined the troll brigade and left our agency in 2025 due to pressure from personal trolls, this database of disability models is for people with physical disabilities who want to model as a disability model for Diversity Models but would prefer to remain anonymous.
M.I.A Disability Models is for people with disabilities who would like to become a disability model and achieve a source of income, without the whole world knowing they are a disability model or with our agency Diversity Models.
At Diversity Models we understand people with disabilities and their need to achieve meaningful purposeful employment, especially when you have a physical disability. We know many people can't get a job because of their physical disability, so we've created a solution for you.
At Diversity Models our disability models are paid well, paid to represent their physical disability on camera (for our clients) and do not need to use their NDIS plans to achieve employment with Diversity Models. In fact, at Diversity Models, our core employment opportunities is open employment, therefore we pay you as a disability model to work as a contractor and model with your physical disability.
This is not full-time, part-time or casual employment, this is Diversity Models giving models gig-based employed, contracting models to deliver a service, just like a tradesman builds your disability ramp at home.
We are not like any other NDIS provider. We do not soak plans dry. We do not bill you for ongoing support work hours each week. We are not a disability service, we are a modelling business and we are a recruitment agency. We operate in the mainstream modelling environment. We just happen to create paid jobs for people with physical disabilities.
M.I.A Disability Models is perfect for people with disabilities who would like to model and obtain paid jobs as a disability model without being seen on our website of models and on our social media, but still like to be considered for modelling opportunities as a form of side income to compliment their disability pension and other benefits. Therefore when you join us as a disability model we will put you on our private database of models which is only for direct clients to review when they are casting for models.
Clients come to Diversity Models to book disability models with physical disabilities because we are the 1st, leading and largest modelling agency in Australia specialising in disability models.
